First of all, thank you for your interest in my products! All of my small batch, hand-stirred jellies and jams are made with natural ingredients, no high fructose corn syrup, and no chemical preservatives.
My goal is to provide customers with products that are superior in quality and rich in taste, for a reasonable and fair price.
This all started when I had to figure out how to use my mature purple basil plant. I didn’t want to just stick it in some vinegar, or oil, and lose the beautiful flavor and color of the herb, so I searched for a more creative idea.
I found a recipe for basil jelly and thought that it would work just fine for my purple basil. And it did! And people loved it and urged me to market it. Since then, I have continued to look for new and unique ways to expand my product line. Your suggestions are welcome!! Just e-mail me and you may see your suggestion in a future product line!
